El Vengador's Underground Railroad came into construction after the explosion at the Odessa Unity Summit, one year ago.
History[]
Oscar Gutierrez and Father Mauricio, built the railroad themselves. This came into production when humans started hunting the evolved. The Railroad system is a series of tunnels that are all connected underground that lead back to Gutierrez and Sons. They created this as an escape for persecuted EVOs. They give evolved humans who want to be a safe fake identities, fake blood samples, and a new place to live They have to completely start over. When the original El Vengador, Oscar, is killed, his brother Carlos takes his place. He and the Priest now run the railroad.
